Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 1 - 4 business days. Please note this excludes public holidays and weekends. 

Please be aware that Mr. Smith will check whether the account has any outstanding payments owing, or any limitations placed on the account, before processing the order. 

In addition, Opening Parcels are subject to specific Opening Parcel Commitment Form terms and conditions that will be provided to you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within 5 - 14 business days depending on the delivery state.

Please note, orders containing aerosol products will experience slightly longer delivery times. This is because they are considered dangerous goods and must be shipped by road.*

*Products considered within the aerosol category are Hairspray, High Hold Hairspray, Dry Shampoo, Volumising Spray, Mousse and Dry Texture Spray. All packs containing aerosols will be treated as an aerosol and will be posted accordingly.

What if I won’t be there to receive my order?

We do not offer the option to have your delivery left at your delivery address by providing authority to leave. A person nominated by you must be present at the location to accept the order. 

What if my order is taking longer than expected? 

If an order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, we can open an investigation with the relevant carrier to locate the parcel. 

Please note, we cannot resend the order until the investigation is complete and the parcel is either located or officially classified as lost.

What if my parcel gets returned to sender?

Please ensure you collect your parcel at the time specified by the carrier and that you follow the carrier updates and notifications. 

If an order comes back to us marked ‘returned to sender’ you will be charged the total shipping cost to resend your order.
